You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and rehabilitative specialists, to create a holistic approach to patient care. Our modern facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment, allowing you to utilize various treatment methodologies effectively. At Vital Stride, you can choose your own working hours during the Monday to Friday schedule, providing you with flexibility in managing your work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their specific physical therapy needs and establish baseline metrics.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a combination of therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and advanced therapeutic modalities to address patient challenges.Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect evolving needs and goals.Educate patients and their families on the importance of adherence to treatment plans and proper use of assistive devices, where applicable.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize patient care and outcomes.Stay current on industry advancements through continuous professional development, attending workshops, and engaging with peer networks.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will work with a varied patient demographic, from children to older adults, each facing unique orthopedic challenges. Our facility treats individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain conditions, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Your role will play a vital part in helping these patients regain their independence and improve their functional capabilities.QualificationsA Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.A valid state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards.Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of building rapport with patients and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer skills for managing patient documentation and treatment plans.Flexibility and agility in adapting to various patient needs and operational changes within the facility.Preferred ExperienceExperience in orthopedic physical therapy is a plus, but new graduates will also be considered and mentored accordingly.Previous exposure to rehabilitation settings and familiarity with contemporary therapeutic practices will be advantageous.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
