Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate each client's substance abuse history and mental health status, ensuring personalized treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focusing on addressing clients' unique addiction challenges alongside any underlying mental health conditions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, to foster client engagement and encourage progress.

• Collaborate closely with fellow treatment team members to coordinate care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient outcomes.

• Educate and support clients' families, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to be active participants in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n
