Senior AI/ML Scientist

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience designing AI agents that can reason, plan, and act across systems
• Hands-on experience developing enterprise LLM applications, such as RAG, tool use, orchestration, and evaluation
• Strong background in NLP and working with unstructured text and language-driven workflows
• Hands-on ML experience with gradient boosting methods, including hyperparameter tuning and interpretability approaches
• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline
• 3+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production settings
• 5+ years of hands-on Python experience; distributed data processing experience is a plus
• Strong capability to solve business problems with AI, not only build models
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments

• Design and develop advanced ML models that turn multidimensional data into insights and signals for key business decisions
• Build enterprise knowledge systems that combine structured and unstructured data across business platforms so AI agents can retrieve, reason over, and use trusted organizational knowledge
• Work with business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize high-value problems suited to Agentic AI, LLMs, and ML
• Create and apply business-focused evaluation frameworks that assess coverage, relevance, trust, explainability, and user adoption alongside technical performance
• Keep the focus on business outcomes rather than model performance alone
• Architect and develop agentic AI systems that can reason, plan, and take actions across tools, workflows, and data sources
• Design multi-agent and tool-augmented LLM solutions to automate complex, multi-step processes
• Ensure solutions are reliable, explainable, and governed for enterprise use
• Partner with engineering teams to deploy AI solutions with scalability, security, and performance in mind
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails for LLM and agentic systems, including bias, drift, and failure modes
• Align solutions with enterprise risk management, compliance, and responsible AI standards
• Serve as a trusted AI advisor, guiding teams on where Agentic AI and LLMs add value and where they do not
• Contribute to AI best practices, reusable patterns, and strategic direction
