Title: Organizational Change Management Consultant Duration: 12+ Months Location: Los Angeles, CA - Hybrid Job Description Collaborate with OCM Lead, Functional Leads, and client to understand and document stakeholder change readiness, communication needs, and training requirements during the implementation. Work closely with the OCM Lead, Functional Leads, and client stakeholders to identify and document changes in financial, accounting, budget, and procurement processes, policies, and procedures due to Oracle Cloud Financial System implementation. Develop Communications Strategy and Plan, Change Management Strategy and Plan, Change Agent Program, and Training Strategy and Plan in collaboration with the OCM Lead. Support storyboarding and user persona development to enhance change management, communication, and training activities. Create engaging communications using various channels (emails, posters, presentations, dashboards, websites) for internal and external stakeholders to support learning activities. Assist in designing, developing, and revising curriculum and training materials related to financial, accounting, budget, and procurement functions in Oracle Cloud Financial System. Prepare end-user training materials such as manuals, eLearning content, workbooks, and assessments. Support instructor-led training sessions, focusing on change impacts and business process execution in Oracle Cloud Financial System. Monitor project progress and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve change management, communication, and training efforts, mitigate risks, and promote user adoption. Adapt to a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds and ad-hoc tasks. Preferred experience with client or complex organizations in aviation/transportation and Oracle Cloud Finance Systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or other eLearning tools is a plus.
