Role Description
As a full-time Territory Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Laguna Dental Arts' client base and fostering relationships with dental practices. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and educating clients about Laguna's high-quality dental restoration solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver the highest standards of service and maintain customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role based in Elk Grove, CA, allowing for a combination of on-site and remote work flexibility. Territory is the greater San Joaquin valley.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software
- Knowledge or experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
