Internship Program

C3 Presents creates live experiences for millions of fans across the globe, setting the new standard each year for events that are as memorable as they are spectacular. One of the world's largest music festival producers, C3 is the force behind two of the most iconic multi-day festivals Austin City Limits Music Festival in Texas and Lollapalooza in Chicago and its six international editions drawing a combined 2 million music lovers annually.

Headquartered in Austin, TX, with offices in Los Angeles, Atlanta, New Orleans, and Nashville, the company also promotes thousands of concerts annually in arenas, casinos and clubs throughout North America.

This part-time position requires 1525 hours per week. Interns are expected to work in our Austin office Tuesday through Thursday, so please ensure your availability aligns with these days. The internship runs through the 2027 Spring semester, beginning January 19, 2027, and concluding May 6, 2027.

This role will do:

• Manage calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and other obligations
• Take meeting minutes or notes, create agendas, and assist with meeting preparation
• Coordinate with vendors and submit required paperwork as needed
• Research, develop, and assist with implementing sustainability initiatives
• Support department staffing activities, including organizing and maintaining offer letters, timecards, and reimbursements
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks in the office and on-site, as requested

Learning objectives:

• Gain knowledge and perspective within the Site Operations department
• Learn the essential roles and responsibilities involved in laying the groundwork for successful C3 festivals and live events
• Apply academic learning and internship experience to real-world situations
• Strengthen leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

This person will bring:

• Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exercises sound judgment with professionalism and discretion
• Able to commit to 15-25 hours per week, with in-office availability Tuesday through Thursday
• Ability to bring a personal laptop to the office
