Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients utilizing standardized tools to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their strengths and values.

• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and the highest professional standards.

• Engage in regular collaboration with our multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of our clients' well-being.

• Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and strategies for coping and resilience.

• Stay informed about the latest research and evidence-based practices in mental health, regularly attending training sessions and professional development workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele encompassing different age groups, backgrounds, and presenting issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in New York state is mandatory to practice.
