We’re looking for someone who is confident leading from the front and can keep the kitchen organized and focused during busy service periods. What You’ll Do Assist with daily BOH operations and high-volume service Lead and support the culinary team during peak periods Train, coach, and develop line cooks and other BOH team members Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, and sanitation Assist with ordering, receiving, inventory, and food cost management Support scheduling and labor management Help enforce kitchen systems, procedures, and operational standards Promote a positive, professional, and accountable team culture What We’re Looking For 2–4+ years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume upscale or upscale-casual restaurant Prior Sous Chef experience preferred Strong culinary fundamentals and attention to detail Proven ability to lead and develop a culinary team Understanding of food cost, labor, inventory, and kitchen operations Hands-on, team-first leadership style Calm and organized under pressure Strong communication and problem-solving skills What’s Offered Salary - $75K 10% Bonus potential Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Paid time off Dining and company perks Excellent growth opportunities with an expanding restaurant group #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
