A fully staffed building: this role is about scheduling, not chasing shifts. Our large, well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Far Rockaway is hiring a Staffing Coordinator. We're known for a warm, family-like environment, a modern, clean building, and strong quality-of-care results across short-term rehab and long-term care. This Staffing Coordinator role is built for a true organizer. Our building is well staffed, so the Staffing Coordinator isn't pushing nurses into overtime or extra shifts. The job is building accurate, balanced schedules and keeping them running smoothly. The ideal Staffing Coordinator brings scheduling experience from a nursing home or another clinical setting.
