Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Packaging

Compensation: $9.00–$13.00 per hour (based on experience) + Performance Bonuses

Box Reserve LLC is a rapidly growing industrial packaging company specializing in Gaylord boxes, pallets, stretch film, bulk bags, plastic drums, and other warehouse packaging solutions. We serve manufacturers, recyclers, distributors, warehouses, and industrial businesses throughout the United States.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative who enjoys talking with customers, generating new business, and helping companies find cost-effective packaging solutions.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, managing inbound inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and generating sales. This position is heavily focused on business development and requires someone who is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and driven by achieving measurable sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to manufacturers, warehouses, distributors, recyclers, and other industrial businesses.

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone and email.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up.

• Prepare and send customer quotations.

• Follow up on open quotes and opportunities to close sales.

• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the company CRM.

• Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business.

• Learn Box Reserve's products and recommend the best solutions based on customer needs.

• Meet daily and weekly activity goals for outbound calls, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.

• Collaborate with management to identify new markets and business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound sales calls each day.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Google Office Suite and CRM software.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Reliable transportation to our Houston office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing experience.

• Experience with B2B sales.

• Experience using HubSpot or other CRM software.

• Knowledge of industrial packaging, logistics, recycling, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is a plus.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $9.00–$13.00 per hour , depending on experience.

Performance bonuses are available based on sales activity and results.
