Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose patients presenting with both acute and chronic conditions during home visits.
• Formulate and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual healthcare needs.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide patient management and adjust treatment protocols accordingly.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in alignment with established guidelines and patient preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner and an active nursing license in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty, ideally with a focus on behavioral health or primary care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 3 years of experience is required, candidates with additional years of practice in outpatient behavioral health settings or concierge medicine will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
