Position Overview

Work Environment

The NP will work onsite in our dedicated outpatient office, where patient-centric care is our top priority. The dynamic environment involves a Monday to Friday work schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for the opportunity to develop strong relationships with patients and their families. In this setting, you will collaborate closely with a team of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and perform detailed patient assessments, using your advanced clinical judgment to evaluate the health of each individual.
• Identify, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, formulating effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results to inform clinical decisions and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Prescribe necessary medications and implement treatment protocols in compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations.
• Engage in regular collaboration with healthcare teams to evaluate treatment effectiveness and implement modifications as required.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding health maintenance, wellness strategies, and understanding treatment processes.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive medical records and documentation for each patient encounter, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner within a hospital or outpatient clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits

At Physentra Hospital, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $180,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
