The role supports a work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.

Work Environment

The Physician Assistant will work onsite at our advanced Surgical Center, equipped with modern medical technology and resources. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical exams and comprehensive health assessments for patients of all ages.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and develop treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, management of chronic illnesses, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop coordinated care strategies.
• Manage patient appointments, referrals to specialists, and follow-up care to ensure continuity of treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records, leveraging our electronic health record system.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to patient satisfaction assessments.
• Stay abreast of the latest healthcare research, evidence-based practices, and emerging treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse patient population that includes individuals of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in addressing a range of healthcare needs, from preventive care to acute and chronic disease management. Qualifications

• A valid Physician Assistant license in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of one year’s clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, demonstrating your ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) is required.
• A current DEA registration number to prescribe medications.
• A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies is mandatory.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but not required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in family medicine or a related primary care setting.
• Proven knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of physical and mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and ability to utilize technology in patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
