Work Environment

The work environment at our center is dynamic and patient-centered, fostering a supportive atmosphere for both staff and patients. You will work onsite alongside a team of skilled professionals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, in a hospital setting. The role involves a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, designed to allow for a healthy work-life balance while meeting the needs of our patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare services, acting as a Primary Care Provider to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments to accurately diagnose conditions.
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses, initiating appropriate treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and non-pharmacological interventions as necessary, ensuring patient safety and efficacy.
• Educate patients on effective disease prevention strategies and promote healthy lifestyle choices tailored to their individual needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers, to develop and implement coordinated treatment plans.
• Oversee patient care management, encompassing referrals to specialists and organization of follow-up appointments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records compliant with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and actively participate in patient satisfaction surveys to enhance service delivery.
• Keep informed of the latest medical advancements, research, and best practices relevant to family medicine and pain management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position offers the chance to work with a varied patient demographic, including individuals of all ages facing both acute and chronic health challenges. Our focus on pain management means that you will engage with patients experiencing complex pain conditions, requiring a thoughtful and empathetic approach to their treatment journeys.

Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Georgia.
• Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (PA-C) is mandatory.
• A valid DEA registration number.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a patient load of 30+ patients per day.

Preferred Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience, particularly in pain management or family medicine.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
