Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical weaknesses, limitations, and rehabilitation goals, using evidence-based practices.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, setting realistic goals and timelines for recovery.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and movement training, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide educational resources and guidance to patients and families regarding treatment protocols, exercise regimens, and self-management strategies.
• Lead interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatments administered, and outcomes achieved, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Participate in departmental meetings focusing on cost management, quality improvement, and overall operational effectiveness.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service and professionalism, contributing positively to the practice environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Move One Physical Therapy, you will interact with a diverse patient population ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals rehabilitating chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the State of Florida.
• CPR certification must be current at the time of hire.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
