Responsibilities Design delectable menu items that are pleasing to the palate. Create specialty items that differentiate each of our dining venues and community events. Inspire, train and coach the culinary team, promoting a positive team approach each day. Preserve your creations by monitoring all food preparation, storage, and handling to ensure the freshest meals are served following safety protocols (HACCP). Salary Range USD $30.25 – $34.75 /hr. Compensation Disclosure The salary range reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors such as experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges. Qualifications You have several years of experience as a talented chef in a customer‑oriented, high‑volume dining venue, managing multiple priorities while producing an amazing product. Your work brings you joy when you see others enjoying your gourmet creations. You have a natural ability to lead, with 4+ years in a supervisory role.
