Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule production using ERP (SAP) to ensure optimal production flow, on-time delivery, and efficient resource utilization
• Analyze production data to develop cost-effective schedules and drive improvements in KPIs such as OTIF, schedule attainment, and utilization
• Coordinate workflows across multiple product lines, ensuring materials, manpower, and equipment meet production demand
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering) to resolve issues, manage inventory levels, and support new product introductions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, data science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel/data analysis skills
• Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
