Allstate Insurance Zee Agency in Plano, TX is hiring a Licensed Property & Casualty Sales Producer who thrives in a fastpaced, numbersdriven environment. If you enjoy sales, competition, and the thrill of closing deals youll fit right in.
This is a role for someone who wants to earn aggressively , grow professionally, and build a lifestyle supported by strong commissions and bonuses. Youll receive agencyprovided leads , but success comes from your drive, followup, and quoting volume. The more you quote, the more you sell and the more you earn.

Responsibilities- Make consistent outbound calls to prospects, leads, and warm opportunities
- Follow up with prospects using phone, text, and email
- Conduct highvolume quoting because more quotes = more sales
- Close new business across Auto, Home, Renters, and other P&C lines
- Build rapport quickly and convert leads into customers
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline and follow Allstate compliance standards
- Work closely with agency leadership to hit monthly production goals
- Must have an active Texas Property & Casualty license
- Must enjoy sales, competition, and performancebased income
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up persistently
- Strong closer with confidence and energy
- Organized, coachable, and hungry for growth
- Prior insurance sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Spanish speaking is a plus
