As a Senior Planner OOH (Mensch), you are a crucial part of our team and shape the success of our campaigns. You take responsibility for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of effective out-of-home advertising solutions for our customers.

• Customer understanding & strategy: You understand the multifaceted needs of our customers, set goals and frameworks, and translate them into clear, targeted (D)OOH strategies. You create a clean connection between briefing, target group, and channel- or location-appropriate implementation.
• Media planning: With a special focus on target group, reach, and budget, you plan and manage (D)OOH campaigns – always structured and result-oriented. You select suitable environments and locations, coordinate timings, and ensure efficient exposure over the entire campaign period.
• Innovation: Strategically thinking beyond the box, you develop creative, modern, and future-proof (D)OOH solutions. You integrate data-driven approaches into concepts to further increase impact and relevance.
• Collaboration: In close and proactive coordination with internal teams as well as external partners and customers, you ensure smooth operations and the success of campaigns. You coordinate interfaces, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure that timings and quality standards are met.
• Condition negotiation: You skillfully negotiate with marketers and secure the best possible conditions and placements for our customers. With a good market overview, you compare offers and pay attention to transparent, reliable agreements.
• Analysis & optimization: You continuously and in detail evaluate campaign data to derive concrete, data-driven optimization measures. You identify performance drivers and potentials, derive learnings for ongoing adjustments, and use the insights for the development of future planning.

Das zeichnet dich aus:

• Education: You have successfully completed a solid education or a relevant study in marketing, media sciences, or a similar field. You have a good understanding of brands, communication, and media.
• Professional experience: You have substantial marketing experience, particularly in the (D)OOH sector, and bring demonstrable successes in this segment. Planning, implementation, and evaluation go hand in hand for you.
• Tool-skills: The confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is a matter of course for you. Through these tools, you prepare data in a structured way and present results clearly and presentation-ready.
• Work approach: Your analytical thinking is pronounced; you interpret results precisely and focus your actions consistently on sustainable customer satisfaction. You work independently, well-organized, and reliably.
• Team & ideas: You proactively contribute to the team, convince with strategically sound ideas, and demonstrate a sure sense for innovative implementations. You think along, bring in impulses, and pragmatically advance topics.
• Language skills: Your language skills include fluent German as well as good English skills in speech and writing. Your communication is confident, clear, and appropriate – verbally as well as in writing.
