Installation Coordinator

A growing home services organization is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Operations Coordinatorto support day-to-day project execution and field operations. This position serves as a key point of contact between customers, field service professionals, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, has strong follow-through, and can quickly identify and resolve issues that may impact customer commitments. The successful candidate will bring a combination of coordination, leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills , along with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination: Coordinate multiple active customer projects from initial scheduling through completion, ensuring timelines and commitments are met. Quality & Documentation Review: Review project information, measurements, documentation, and other job details for accuracy and completeness before work begins. Payment & Account Verification: Confirm required customer payments, deposits, financing arrangements, and account documentation are properly processed. Materials & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and availability of materials and supplies needed to complete scheduled projects. Schedule Management: Work closely with field teams and customers to establish project dates, resolve scheduling conflicts, and make adjustments when circumstances change. Project Acceleration: Monitor project readiness and identify opportunities to move work forward when materials, labor, or other requirements become available ahead of schedule. Customer Communication: Conduct proactive customer outreach, provide project updates, answer questions, and serve as a reliable point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Issue Resolution: Respond to customer and field-team concerns, investigate problems, and coordinate timely resolutions. Field Team Coordination: Maintain regular communication with contractors and field service personnel to ensure expectations, schedules, and quality standards are understood and maintained. Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reduce errors, improve customer satisfaction, and control costs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, customer service, vendors, and other internal teams to ensure projects move efficiently from sale through completion.
