Job Overview Location: Troubadour Golf & Field Club, outside Nashville, TN. Position: Events Associate in the Events Department. As our Events Associate, you’ll play a key role in our Events Operation and assist with all planning and executing of all club and member events. Working closely with several departments across property, you’ll represent the team with professionalism, warmth, and a commitment to exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Promoting club and member event services through thoughtful communication and coordination with members Act as a visible, approachable presence during events to handle inquiries and ensure exceptional guest experiences Draft Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), maintain floor plans, manage event app updates, and handle invoice tracking Partner with Culinary, Golf, Facilities, and external vendors to deliver seamless event timelines Managing vendor relationships, sourcing partners, and building operational materials like event manuals, orders, and inventories Ensuring accurate billing, event paperwork, and seamless communication to the operations team Sending weekly progress updates and sharing member feedback to continuously enhance service Skills & Experience 2–4 years in the hospitality industry with a focus on event operations 2+ years in a luxury club, hotel, or resort environment (experience with Forbes standards preferred) Strong track record of success managing budgets, profitability, and guest satisfaction Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, with impeccable attention to detail and cleanliness Confident managing, scheduling, and training staff to deliver consistent excellence Creative, trend-savvy, and dedicated to delivering elevated member experiences Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed Education & Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred—or a combination of relevant experience and training Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working on your feet and in various weather conditions Positive, polished, and professional demeanor Benefits Competitive Wage Range with Bonus Potential Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401k Contribution Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Employee Meals, Referral Incentives, and Recognition Programs Holiday Pay Professional development and upward mobility opportunities Work-Family Culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
