Substitute Secretary Vacancy
The Valley View Public School District is seeking individuals to fill substitute secretarial positions. Substitute secretaries perform standard secretarial duties, which would include multiple tasks typically found in an office setting. Duties include typing correspondence, reports and other requests.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a working knowledge of the use of computers
- Must possess excellent people skills
- Must possess excellent clerical skills
- Must possess the ability to perform and follow through effectively on assigned tasks
- Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision
- Must provide a negative TB test
