Mancan Staffing is teaming with a Kent company who is seeking a Production Floater/Line Woker to join their team!!
Pay rate is $17.50/hrShift: 6am to 4pm Monday-Thursday; OT Fridays 6am to 2pm. (OT is required.)
In this role, you will assist with a variety of production operations throughout the facility. Responsibilities may include demolding products, packaging finished goods, preparing materials for shipping, die cutting, stamping, sanding, and gluing on designated projects. This position will also provide backup support to machine operators as needed. ALL candidates MUST have good attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn and perform a variety of production tasks. Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and continuously lifting and moving up to 40lbs.
