This full-time, contract role serves one school location, working with a broad spectrum of communication challenges—making a real difference across a caseload of 30 to 50 students.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is strongly preferred
- Previous school-based experience in SLP roles is highly desirable
- Solid communication, rapport-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
Position Details & Duties:
- Contract runs August 26th, 2026, through June 12th, 2027
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week; schedule is 7:45AM–3:00PM
- Deliver services to K-8th grade students in a single school setting
- Manage a caseload of 30–50 students with varying communication needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy (group and individual), document services, monitor and report student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and parents
- Contribute actively to student success and school teams
