Speech and Language Pathologist

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus!!!! Spurwink Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a full-time position within our Chelsea Day Treatment Program. The position will offer a diverse professional experience including screening, evaluation, treatment, and consultation for youth with behavioral, emotional, and developmental disabilities, ages 5 to 20.
DUTIES:
This position also includes a $5000 sign-on bonus, $2500 paid upon 3 months of full-time employment, $2500 paid after 6 months of employment. This sign-on bonus exclusively applies to new hires. Spurwink is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #IND3
DUTIES:
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and dysphagia within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Provide consultation, direct instruction, and modeling both in and out of the classroom to develop a total language/communication environment.
- Provide in-service education and/or consultation to clinical and educational personnel concerning communication intervention strategies.
- Supervise assigned speech pathology interns and assistants when applicable.
