Shipping & Receiving CoordinatorThe Shipping & Receiving Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are configured, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. This position follows established planning schedules, completes ERP and MRP transactions with precision, and supports cross-functional activities to maintain smooth warehouse and manufacturing operations.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute a dynamic shipping schedule, including managing quantities and model mix for customer orders.Perform final configuration of customer orders by pulling required software and coordinating timely computer loading.Assemble select line items on customer orders as needed to complete configurations.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable warehouse, shipping, and receiving environment.At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse setting.Experience using an MRP system, preferably SAP, to perform inventory transfers and transactions.Why Work Here?You will join a stable operation with a predictable Monday-Friday daytime schedule and no required overtime, supporting a healthy work-life balance. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with no overtime required.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fitchburg, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
