Key Responsibilities For The Staff Accountant Prepare and maintain financial reports, analyses, and budgeting support schedules. Review and analyze general ledger transactions and account activity to ensure accurate financial reporting. Perform monthly account reconciliations, reviews, and variance analysis. Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization. Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reporting and analytical tools. Serve as a financial liaison to departments by supporting business needs and financial initiatives. Qualifications For The Staff Accountant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or general accounting preferred. Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
