Construction Director

Job Description

The Construction Director will lead large-scale construction projects, providing strategic oversight and mentorship to project teams. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to develop strong, high-performing teams and ensure successful delivery of projects exceeding $1 billion in value. The ideal candidate will be a proven mentor and a collaborative leader capable of managing complex operations and large workforces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Oversee all trades and ensure seamless coordination across multiple disciplines.

• Manage large-scale projects valued at $1 billion or more, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Direct and support a team of 10–12 Construction Managers, each supervising 10–12 Superintendents.

• Ensure effective management of 1,000–1,500 trade staff on-site daily.

• Drive operational efficiency and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
