Part-Time Automotive ReceptionistWalker Automotive has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Automotive Receptionist with excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and a positive attitude.This individual will serve as a first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting customers and visitors, and providing administrative support to the dealership.Responsibilities:Answer incoming dealership phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate departmentGreet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and friendly mannerNotify the appropriate team member when a customer is waitingWork cooperatively with the sales team and other dealership departmentsUpdate customer records as neededAssist with scheduling and confirming sales appointmentsType memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentsAssist with the dealer exchange vehicle processParticipate in customer satisfaction and retention effortsProvide general administrative and receptionist support as neededQualifications:Excellent communication and customer service skillsOutgoing, positive, and professional demeanorDependable and punctualAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordMust be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screeningSchedule:Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM–7:00 PM Friday: 3:30 PM–6:00 PM
