Seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a local Landscaping company :
Summary
The HR Generalist supports the Director of Human Resources in managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR data management. This role is both administrative and strategic—ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, field-focused environment.
Job Duties:
- Manage daily service operations
- Recruiting Onboarding
- Oversee Employee relations and Culture
- Administration & Compliance duties
- Etc..
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist, ect
Other Requirements:
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- Strong leadership and organizational tools, Excellent commication and problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, Experience with service management software (ConnectWise preferred)
