Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused, and career-stable Medical Sales Representative to manage and grow our acute care disposable product portfolio across the Greater Baltimore hospital market. In this role, you will act as the primary commercial lead, calling directly on key clinical, value analysis, and supply chain decision-makers within acute care hospital settings to drive product adoption, conversions, and sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Hospital & IDN Penetration: Call directly on acute care hospitals (including major regional health systems), driving clinical evaluations, product trials, and conversions across the hospital floor and surgical/clinical environments.
• Value Analysis & Stakeholder Management: Effectively navigate hospital value analysis committees (VAC), materials management, supply chain leaders, and C-suite clinical stakeholders.
• Product Line Expertise: Master our comprehensive line of acute care disposables, delivering high-impact clinical inservicing, product demonstrations, and educational sessions for nursing and clinical staff.
• Territory Strategy & Growth: Execute a strategic business plan for the Baltimore territory to expand market share, protect existing accounts, and proactively prospect new hospital opportunities.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and account documentation utilizing company CRM tools.
• Partnership & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clinical support and internal leadership to ensure flawless onboarding and ongoing account satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 15 years of outside sales experience, with a minimum of 2–3+ years specifically selling into the acute care hospital environment .
• Product Knowledge: Direct experience selling acute care disposables , medical-surgical consumables, or hospital specialty products is strongly preferred.
• Track Record of Stability: We value career stability and long-term commitment. Candidates must demonstrate a solid tenure history and a dedication to growing with an organization (no "job hoppers").
• Local Market Knowledge: Existing, established relationships with hospital procurement, supply chain, and clinical department heads across the Baltimore healthcare landscape are a distinct advantage.
• Skills: Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable clinical conversationalist who can speak peer-to-peer with medical professionals.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Travel: Ability to travel locally within the Greater Baltimore territory on a daily basis.

Compensation & Benefits
