Lead CT Technologist

Role Overview The CT Technologist performs a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including advanced protocols such as TAVR, Cardiac CTA, and lung/heart screenings, ensuring high-quality, safe, and age-appropriate patient care. Responsibilities Assist with patient preparation, verify orders, obtain clinical history, and administer contrast media safely. Position patients, set up equipment, and perform imaging while maintaining radiation safety and image quality standards. Respond to emergencies, monitor patient condition, and ensure privacy and comfort. Manage departmental workflow, oversee equipment, and ensure proper documentation and quality control. Mentor fellow technologists, participate in process improvements, and support regulatory compliance. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certification. Minimum 2 years clinical experience, including 1 year in CT. Strong communication, customer service, and team collaboration skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform advanced protocols. Proficiency in radiation safety, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
