About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Executive Research and Relationship Intelligence. The successful candidate will lead a research team responsible for delivering high-impact insights to senior leadership, advancing relationship mapping efforts, and driving continuous improvement in research capabilities. This role involves preparing executive briefing materials, managing strategic relationship intelligence data, and partnering with various teams to integrate relationship intelligence into their workflows. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 7 years' of work experience, and a robust track record of delivering quality work to an executive audience. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred. Key responsibilities for the Assistant Vice President include leading the development of innovative tools for research and relationship insights, managing a team of research analysts, and maintaining a library of process documentation. The role requires a candidate with a growth-oriented mindset, proficiency in a range of tools including Adobe Acrobat, Office 365, and Generative AI, and a strong working knowledge of CRM systems and professional social networks. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
