About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead AI-enabled business transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI transformation opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. This role is pivotal in reimagining how work is done across the firm, challenging traditional operating assumptions, and redesigning workflows and operating models through the practical application of artificial intelligence. The focus is on AI-native business process transformation, and the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern AI capabilities and their application in delivering tangible business outcomes. Key responsibilities for the Assistant Vice President include conducting current and future state assessments, designing AI-native operating models, and developing scalable AI transformation frameworks. The role also involves ensuring that AI solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards, as well as partnering with change management to maximize the impact of AI-enabled business transformation. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years' of experience in software delivery, product management, technology consulting, or business process transformation, and a proven track record of applying AI concepts to real-world business challenges. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to influence stakeholders and drive the adoption of new ways of working.
