The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy and exercise-based interventions to support rehabilitation and functional recovery. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, updating clinical documentation, educating patients and families on care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as appropriate. The Physical Therapist will also help maintain a safe, organized treatment environment, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support a positive patient experience throughout the course of care.\nQualifications\n\n\n Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices in a clinical setting.\n Experience in Rehabilitation, focusing on restoring function, improving mobility, and managing pain for diverse patient populations.\n Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Patient Care, including clear communication, patient education, and empathy in all interactions.\n Ability to provide or coordinate Home Care services when needed, ensuring continuity of care beyond the clinic.\n Active state license as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility for licensure in New York).\n Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.\n Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.\n Ability to work part time on-site in Scarsdale, NY, with reliable professional conduct and time management.\n
