Scheduler

To support Cardio/Sleep/Pulm services, the part-time Scheduler will coordinate patient appointments and referrals, ensuring accurate data entry into the electronic medical system while initially training onsite for up to six months before transitioning to a remote role. Key responsibilities Coordinates scheduling and referrals to healthcare providers and obtains approvals for changes or cancellations Maintains and updates provider contact information and ensures compliance with site-specific protocols Enters all medical appointments and patient information into the electronic medical system Required qualifications High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience No prior scheduling experience required Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent lifting and data entry Strong communication skills Willingness to train onsite for up to six months
