Pediatric Medical Assistant

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a qualified Pediatric Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Responsibilities: * Handle all administrative and clinical duties in a timely manner * Perform routine clinical tasks to support physicians * Communicate with patients and other physician practices, professionally and courteously * Escort patients to exam rooms * Measure and record vital signs * Obtain and process lab samples * Clean and stock exam rooms as needed * Administer Immunizations and medications as ordered by physicians * Assist with any other office duties as needed or requested Qualifications: * Previous experience in Pediatrics (minimum of 1 year) * Medical Assistant Certification (or 2+ years medical assistant experience) * Strong organizational skills * Ability to work as a team * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Company Description Well known Pediatricians who recently became our own Private Practice.
