We are inviting you to apply for the Waterpark Common Area Manager position. In this position, you'll be accountable for the administration, operation, and staff management of the indoor and outdoor waterpark common areas. Oversee the training and performance management of staff, ensure a high level of sanitation and cleanliness of public spaces, and maintain company standards in delivering guest safety and satisfaction.

We do require that you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in management, waterpark, or aquatics departments. Minimum 1 year of experience in managing large staff covering multiple shifts, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred.
