The Job

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will:

• Manage the day-to-day service of an assigned commercial lines book of business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs, providing trusted guidance on coverage, policy changes, and renewals.
• Partner with Producers to develop and execute renewal strategies while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and certificates of insurance.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and communicate directly with carrier partners to resolve underwriting and policy-related questions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and responsive service.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships through additional insurance solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends, carrier updates, and commercial insurance products to provide strategic guidance to clients.

What You'll Bring

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• 2+ years of Commercial Lines account management experience within an insurance agency or brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
