Primary Duties

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
• Develop a thorough understanding of AC Infinity products and services (training provided).
• Manage and support customer accounts.
• Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Answer general and technical product-related questions.
• Guide customers through product setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer orders, exchanges, and returns using various software systems.
• Proactively communicate with customers to resolve product or service concerns.
• Deliver a friendly, knowledgeable, and high-quality customer experience.
• Maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate written and verbal instructions clearly.
• Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and live chat conversations.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Technical aptitude or experience with electronics, DIY projects, HVAC, or similar products is a plus.
• Experience using a Customer Service Management (CSM) or CRM system is a plus.
• E-commerce customer service experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Occasional weekends as needed
• Overtime available as needed

City of Industry, CA 91789

This is a full-time, in-person position. Remote work is not available.

Candidates relocating from outside the area must be able to relocate before their start date.
