Marketing Content Manager

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation: $70,000–$100,000 annually About the Opportunity A growing cannabis company is seeking a creative, hands‑on Content Marketing Manager to elevate its brand, strengthen its digital presence, and drive its overall marketing strategy. This role will play a key part in shaping how the company connects with its audience, builds brand awareness, and stands out in the competitive cannabis industry. The ideal candidate combines creative content production with strong marketing instincts and a deep understanding of social media trends. You’ll develop content strategies, produce engaging digital content, execute campaigns, and help bring the brand to life across multiple platforms. We’re looking for a proactive, trend‑savvy self‑starter who can take ideas from concept to execution and turn creative storytelling into meaningful audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s content marketing and social media strategy. Create engaging short‑form videos, graphics, photography, reels, stories, and other digital content. Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Develop creative campaigns that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and overall growth within the cannabis market. Produce polished, on‑brand content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Incorporate AI tools, animation, and emerging technologies into content creation when appropriate. Build and manage monthly content calendars and broader marketing campaigns. Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify new opportunities. Manage social engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice across digital channels. Track content performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns based on results. Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute new marketing initiatives that support business objectives. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a similar creative role. Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content across multiple platforms. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, influencer culture, and audience engagement. Experience creating compelling visual content and short‑form video. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms. Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools and/or animation is a plus. Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills. Highly creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
