TheFace HR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts for our client partners. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple industries. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for client roles
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews
• Manage candidate pipelines in ATS (Zoho Recruit)
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and status updates
• Communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience using an ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience recruiting for HR, operations, or professional roles
• Contract or agency recruiting experience

Benefits:

• Hourly, non-exempt role. $21.00-$32.00 per hour, based on experience
