$21.50 per hour

1st Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Join a dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Order Picker, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders within a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in inventory management and work in a safety-conscious setting.

Warehouse Order Picker/Assistant Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves based on pick lists to accurately fulfill customer orders.
• Verify product quality and quantity, ensuring correctness before preparing items for shipment.
• Operate materials handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move products efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, including shelves, aisles, and storage zones, in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage, to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist with loading and unloading products during the shipping and receiving process.
• Support other warehouse operations as needed, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.

Warehouse Order Picker/Assistant Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, including moving pallets, boxes, and materials.

Capable of standing, walking, climbing, and balancing for extended periods throughout the warehouse.

Comfortable working in refrigerated environments and temperature extremes.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.

Prior experience in food manufacturing or refrigerated warehouse environments preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Flexibility to work overtime or extended shifts as needed.
