Head of OTC Trading About the Company Globally recognized digital asset liquidity provider Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Head of US OTC Trading to spearhead the growth of its institutional and OTC flow business in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the US trading function, with a focus on spot, derivatives, and options flow. This role demands a leader who can price and execute a variety of trades, deepen relationships with key market participants, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the trading infrastructure. The Head of US OTC Trading will also be instrumental in expanding the company's options flow capabilities, contributing to market-structure strategy, and recruiting and mentoring traders as the desk evolves. Applicants for the Head of US OTC Trading position should have a minimum of 7-15 years' experience in OTC trading, crypto markets, FX, or electronic derivatives, with a proven track record in trading spot and OTC options. A strong understanding of short-dated options, greeks, hedging strategies, and volatility markets is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in a top-tier digital trading firm, market maker, prime broker, or OTC desk, and possess strong counterparty relationships across relevant market participants. The role requires a high level of comfort in a rapidly scaling, entrepreneurial environment and the ability to work remotely within North America or the Caribbean.
