As our enthusiastic and hardworking E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): creating and optimizing product listings on our ecommerce platform, utilizing best practices for title, description, images, and other relevant content to enhance visibility and conversion rates, strategically identifying opportunities to increase the quantity of merchandise available online, regularly analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth, using data-driven insights to optimize product listings and recommend new product additions, selecting high-value merchandise located at the Center/Store for sale on the online platform, photographing and presenting merchandise in a visually appealing and informative manner, continuously assessing and improving the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction, meeting daily posting quotas and weekly and monthly sales targets determined by the Supervisor, demonstrating efficiency, accuracy, and high productivity through effective workload management, displaying an eagerness to acquire new skills and grow within the organization, and actively partnering with the District Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and team members in the day-to-day operation of the ecommerce business.

Qualifications to be considered for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication skills of the English language, excellent computer and technology skills with a focus on Windows Operating Systems and all Microsoft Office Programs, knowledge of online selling platforms and proficiency in Photoshop, strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytic tools, familiarity with SEO best practices, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ability to work under pressure and multitask, ability to type at least 40 words per minute, experience in identifying high-quality and designer brand merchandise, and 2-4 years of customer service and/or retail experience.

Physical demands include ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis, ability to grasp, push, pull, and move heavy objects, ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs, ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks, and specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision requirements due to extensive computer work.

Pay rate: $18.40 per hour

Schedule: Work schedules are determined by Management and employee must be flexible to always ensure adequate coverage. Full-time employees may be scheduled to work any shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
