Security Officer - Guest Experience GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Security Officer to provide a safe and welcoming environment for guests while ensuring operational security. The role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and a focus on both safety and hospitality at a premier venue. Responsibilities Conduct thorough interior and exterior patrols, maintaining a visible and professional presence that deters theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Monitor surveillance systems and site activity, identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate. Enforce site policies and access‑control procedures with confidence and composure, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and staff. Greet and verify guests, visitors, and vendors with a hospitality‑first approach while upholding security protocols. Prepare accurate, detailed incident reports and daily activity logs that reflect high documentation standards. Partner with site leadership and venue staff to maintain a safe, welcoming environment that meets GardaWorld’s commitment to excellence. What’s in it for you Site Location: King Of Prussia, PA (Driver’s License strongly preferred) Schedule: Mornings, evenings, and weekends required – no overnight shifts. Competitive hourly wage of $22.00 per hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees). Qualifications Active Driver’s License strongly preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of professional security, military, or law‑enforcement experience, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or luxury venues. Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing. Ability to remain alert and composed during long or routine shifts. Authorization to work in the U.S. Documentation of high‑school diploma or GED. Successful completion of an extensive screening process. Strong proficiency with technology. Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus. State license, if required, is an advantage.
