Medical Records Clerk

To support efficient document management, the part-time hourly Medical Records Clerk will gather, prepare, and scan company documents and examinee charts while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to strict timelines in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Prepare, print, sort, scan, and maintain electronic and hard copies of medical records and company documents Organize examinee charts for examinations and ensure all records are complete and properly consolidated Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and emailing while promoting effective utilization of company resources Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience, preferably in a medical office Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
