Hr coordinator

Are you a detail-driven administrative professional or recent HR graduate looking to launch a long-term career with a top-tier employer in Miami? We are seeking a high-energy Payroll & HR Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and loves working with numbers, spreadsheets, and organizational systems.

Rather than managing full-cycle financial processing, this role is the administrative backbone of the HR unit. You will focus primarily on timekeeping audits, employee record management, benefit/deduction processing, and daily departmental support.

salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Timekeeping & Auditing: Track time and attendance entries, resolve discrepancies, and audit bi-weekly timesheets for accuracy.
• HR Data Management: Enter status updates, new hires, terminations, and wage garnishments into the system.
• Employee Support: Coordinate PTO requests, process employment verifications, and assist team members with basic HR and benefits inquiries.
• Reporting: Utilize Excel to compile daily labor summaries, productivity tracking, and departmental metrics.

What We Are Looking For

• Education & Experience: 1+ years of general office/administrative experience paired with an HR-related degree (or equivalent combination of education and support experience).
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) to support our diverse team.
• Excel & Analytical Aptitude: strong numerical reasoning with intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (ability to work with formulas, data formatting, and basic functions).
• Core Traits: High energy, dependable, polite demeanor, and eager to learn and grow within an established HR team.
