Technical Delivery Manager

Arka Innovate is seeking a seasoned Tech Delivery Manager with over 15 years of experience, including extensive work as a Senior Technical Program Manager leading large teams of 30+ members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing Agile project execution, sprint planning, release management, and ensuring timely delivery with high quality. This role involves close collaboration with offshore teams, including Technical Architects, Tech Leads, and QA Leads, to manage both technical and operational aspects of projects. Experience in .NET projects and cloud modernization/migration is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Agile Project Management: Lead end-to-end Agile execution, including sprint and release planning, task allocation, backlog prioritization, and resource planning. Team Leadership: Oversee a team of 30+ members, including onshore and offshore technical teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and productivity. Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders, providing consistent updates on project status, risks, and outcomes. Technical Oversight: Work closely with offshore Technical Architects , Tech Leads , and QA Leads to ensure that technical solutions meet project requirements and are delivered within defined timelines. Cloud Modernization: Lead or contribute to cloud migration and modernization efforts, ensuring seamless transitions to cloud platforms. .NET Projects: Oversee and provide technical guidance for projects involving .NET technologies , ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standards. Budget & Estimates: Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure that estimates are accurate and adhered to. Governance & Reporting: Set up and manage governance structures for projects, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to delivery timelines. Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies, addressing issues swiftly to keep projects on track. Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by working closely with QA teams to maintain standards and review testing processes. Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of experience in technical project or program management, leading large-scale technology projects. Extensive experience managing Agile execution and sprint planning for large teams. Strong background in overseeing projects that involve .NET technologies . Proven track record in cloud migration/modernization projects (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred). Experience working with offshore teams and managing the collaboration between technical leads, architects, and QA teams. Exceptional skills in stakeholder management , communication, and leadership. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence) for tracking progress, managing backlogs, and reporting. Strong understanding of budgeting , estimating , and delivering within allocated resources. Preferred Skills Certification in Agile , Scrum Master , or PMP .
