Make a real difference in students’ lives as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a supportive school environment near Irving, TX. This onsite, district-wide contract opportunity runs from ASAP through May 28, 2027, providing meaningful experiences as you collaborate across various school locations.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Ability and willingness to work onsite and travel across multiple schools within the district
- Experience in educational or pediatric settings a plus
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive behavioral supports and intervention plans for students, working directly with staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Assess student needs, interpret data, and implement behavior modification strategies
- Provide training and support to educators and staff on evidence-based behavioral practices
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all district and regulatory standards
- Serve as a consistent presence and resource across multiple school buildings

- Onboarding will include fingerprinting and registry list search
